GTSS Payment and Cancellation Policy
All requests for refunds and cancellations must be received in writing prior to course commencement. Please refer to the following terms and conditions:
Cancelations
Any cancellation of a course within 10 working days of the course commencement will incur a loss of 50% of the course fee. Any cancellation of a course within 5 working days of the course will incur the loss of 100% of the course fee.
Postponement
Any Postponement of a course within 10 working days of the course commencement will incur a loss of 30% of the course fee. Postponement of a course within 5 working days of the commencement of the course will incur a loss of 50% of the course fee.
Refunds
Refunds will not be given for anyone in non attendance or failure to finish a course
Store
Refunds:
- Refunds are not given due to change of mind.
- No claim of discrepancy of order or pricing will be recognised after 5 working days of receipt of goods.
- All returns must be confirmed by phone or email.
- Returns are at the purchaser’s expense, in new or saleable condition with the packaging and seals intact.
- A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for any incorrectly ordered goods.
- If an order is found to be incorrect as a direct result of error on the part of a GTSS employee, the goods will be resupplied and any extra freight will be covered by us.
