All requests for refunds and cancellations must be received in writing prior to course commencement. Please refer to the following terms and conditions:

Cancelations

Any cancellation of a course within 10 working days of the course commencement will incur a loss of 50% of the course fee. Any cancellation of a course within 5 working days of the course will incur the loss of 100% of the course fee.

Postponement

Any Postponement of a course within 10 working days of the course commencement will incur a loss of 30% of the course fee. Postponement of a course within 5 working days of the commencement of the course will incur a loss of 50% of the course fee.

Refunds

Refunds will not be given for anyone in non attendance or failure to finish a course

Store

Refunds:

1. Refunds are not given due to change of mind.
2. No claim of discrepancy of order or pricing will be recognised after 5 working days of receipt of goods.
3. All returns must be confirmed by phone or email.
4. Returns are at the purchaser’s expense, in new or saleable condition with the packaging and seals intact.
5. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for any incorrectly ordered goods.
6. If an order is found to be incorrect as a direct result of error on the part of a GTSS employee, the goods will be resupplied and any extra freight will be covered by us.
