Through the combination of theory and practical training, this course provides participants with the necessary knowledge and skills required to respond to an emergency and to commence safe workplace evacuation. Emergencies covered include fire, bomb threats, chemical incidents and terrorism.

• Assembly point control
• Co-ordination of emergency services
• Evacuation plan-building requirements
• Site evacuation exercise (if required)
• Assessment of students’ competence
